All about Kickboxing

Today I tried a new class! It was a boxing class but then Alfredo, the instructor, incorporated a few kickboxing moves into the class as well!!! I had never tried kickboxing… but I think I did pretty well for my first time! I definitely suggest trying it out! It is such a great cardio workout and you really work every muscle in your body as well especially your core!!  Big thank you to my friend Andrew who introduced me to the class!
