My name is Chelsea Morgensen. I am originally from Laredo, TX and currently live in Los Angeles, CA. From a very young age, even though I was a shy tomboy, I wanted to be a model. I participated in basketball, volleyball, tennis, pole vault, high jump, tumbling and competitive cheerleading. I also play the piano, violin and love to sing... but really only in the shower and my car! If you get really lucky though you may just get to hear a few notes!

At the age of 14, I wanted a change in my life so I traded in my basketball shoes and baggy shorts for my first pair of heels and an evening gown and I competed in my first pageant. I won the title of Miss Laredo Teen and went on to win the title of Miss Texas Teen USA 2010. At the age of 15, I was the youngest ever Miss Texas Teen USA. At the Miss Teen USA pageant in the Bahamas, I won the People's Choice Award for Miss Teen USA Most Photogenic. The Miss Universe Organization sent me to the People's Choice Awards in Hollywood to walk the red carpet and sit among the celebrities during the awards show. That was one of the most exciting times of my life.

As Miss Texas Teen USA 2010, I was able to use my title to speak out for The Bully Suicide Project. My goal was to educate people on the dangers of bullying and help the bullied and their friends and parents stand up for themselves. I also spoke to teens about the benefits of staying in school and the dangers of drug abuse, use of tobacco and underage drinking.

I am currently pursuing a career in modeling and acting. I also hold the title of Miss Hooters International 2017.  I have been in film and television projects including The Hardest Thing written and directed by Jake Snyder where I play Kristen Hoffman , In-Security written and directed by Matt Weinglass where I play Carrie, Roller Coaster directed by Mike Ortiz where I play the dejected actress and Dead Awake written by "Final Destination" writer Jeffrey Reddick and directed by Phillip Guzman where I play the receptionist. I also have many exciting projects in the works! Can't wait for you to see them! I have modeled for various designers and stores including but not limited to the wonderful Tony Bowls, Francesca's Collections, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Palais Royal, Peaches Uniforms, Tootsies, David Jones, Katie's, Glassons, Farmers, Singer 22, Neiman Marcus, Ines Di Santo Bridal, Jonathan Blake, Project Runway, MZ Wallace, Bill Levkoff, Her Fashion Box Magazine (cover), Seventeen Magazine, Teen Prom Magazine, Girlfriend Magazine, Brides Magazine Sydney and Catalog Magazine. I have also done product modeling and voice overs for national television commercials and have had the principle role for national and international television commercials including Hooters (football and NASCAR), Target, Samsung, Verizon, Discovery Channel and Nissan.

I graduated high school from Texas Tech University Independent School District. Since graduating from high school I have traveled to New York City first. After a few months there I was offered representation in Hangzhou and Shanghai, China where I spent two months modeling. After returning home I received some very exciting news that Chadwick Models in Sydney, Australia and 62 Models in Auckland, New Zealand wanted me to represent them in their markets. I was more than eager to accept those invitations! I have now been to Sydney twice and I absolutely love it! I am now in Los Angeles, CA pursing my career here and it has been amazing so far!

I love my life and feel extremely fortunate to have been able to do the things I have done. I can't wait to see where my life takes me next. I'm ready for whatever it is and will make the best of things wherever I am.
